Instructions:

1. Print this page or download and print a high-resolution PDF version (1.2 MB) of this gift certificate.

2. Decide how you want to pay for your balloon ride gift certificate, Check or Credit Card.

	2a. Make check out to: Sights Unseen Ballooning Be sure to include a contact number, so that we can issue a serial #.	Mail your check to: Sights Unseen Ballooning 2900 N. Delaware Dr. Easton, PA 18040

	2b. Use any major credit card using a secure server:
	$225 for one passenger - $50 Holiday Gift Certificate = $175 total cost	$400 for one exclusive passenger - $50 Holiday Gift Certificate = $350 total cost
	$225 for one passenger + $215 for the second passenger - $50 Holiday Gift Certificate = $390 total cost	$400 for one exclusive passenger + $195 for the second exclusive passenger - $50 Holiday Gift Certificate = $545 total cost
	$225 for the first passenger + $215 for the second passenger + 210 for the third passenger - $50 Holiday Gift Certificate = $600 total cost	Note: 'exclusive' passenger means there will be only you or your group in the balloon with the pilot.

3. Call 610-923-7416 to receive a Serial # after we have had time to receive your payment: immediately for a credit card, 3 business days for a check.

4. Fill in the To/From/Serial # blank spaces on the Gift Certificate.

5. Call 610-923-7416 if you have any questions.

6. Present the certificate to your lucky recipient.
